Document storage system
The HR department is the place where the personal files of the company's employees are stored.
There is a constant movement of documents here, someone quits, someone gets a job.
Notes are also made here about the employee’s advanced training.
The HR department requires organized document storage. For this purpose, filing cabinets, archival racks, and metal filing cabinets are used.
Filing cabinets are mainly used for storing documents in A5 and A6 formats. Since it is convenient to store in them, for example, work books and passes.
Archival racks are used mainly for storing documents in A5 and A4 formats. They are convenient for placing folders with personal files of employees.
Metal cabinets are in fact universal. They accommodate documents of almost any format, for example, A4 folders can be placed on shelves while standing.
And for organized storage of documents of smaller format, organizers are used.
Safety
For safe storage, filing cabinets and metal cabinets are mainly used; they can be equipped with locks, which will complicate access to documents.
Design
Don't forget about the design of document storage systems. If you look at it superficially, this seems like an insignificant point, but in practice it’s different. The design should be ergonomic and the color neutral such as grey, black or white.
