Instructions for use and changing the combination of electronic locks for Ferocon safes

Install the batteries and check the working condition of the lock. The safe is powered by four AA 1.5V alkaline batteries. Warning: before changing the password, write down the new code that you want to set on a sheet of paper in order to enter it correctly. The code is changed with the door open and the bolts extended. With the door open, check the operation of the lock with a new combination. The red light signal «LOW BATTERY» on the front panel indicates discharged batteries. If the batteries are completely discharged, the safe is opened with an emergency opening key, which is attached to each of the locks. |

1. Enter your personal combination (or enter 159 if the safe was just purchased) and press the «#» key. Each press must be accompanied by sound signals. After a correctly dialed combination, the lock will respond with a signal (in case of an error - triple) and the green indicator «READY» on the panel will light up. |

2. Turn the handle of the deadbolt and open the safe. 3. To close the safe, it is enough to close the door, turn the handle of the crossbar system. The safe is locked. Code change: 1. Press the red code reset button on the inside of the door. The yellow «PROCEED» indicator on the front panel should light up and a beep should sound. 2. Enter a new code (3 to 8 digits) and press the «#» key . 3. If the operation is carried out correctly, the lock will signal with a single beep. |

Code change: The bolts must be closed (pulled out) before changing the code. Press the «*» key, enter the new code (3 to 8 digits) and confirm with the «#» key. If the code is entered incorrectly, the message «ERROR» will be displayed. If the code is entered incorrectly 3 times, the system will be locked for 5 minutes. The indicator will show «HOLD05» |

In an emergency, the user can open the safe with the Master Key, but after opening the safe, do not forget to remove the key. At the same time, the user code returns to the factory settings. To check the state of charge of the batteries, press «#» in standby mode. The indicator will display «HI-bat» - the battery is charged. «Lo-bat» - the battery is discharged and the batteries must be replaced. Also, this lock has the function of setting the date and time. In order to change the system time, it is necessary: in the «ОРЕN» position, first of all, press «** 200110 #», the LED-indicator will display «DATE», then «YЕ» will be displayed, where we enter the year, «ON» - we enter the month, and so on , after each entry we confirm the combination with the «#» key.
For example: 2017-01-21, 11:45 20'am. Enter the number: 17 01 21 11 45 in turn, year-month-day, hours-minutes-seconds. The LED indicator will display: YE17, ON01, DA21, HO11, IN45 SE20. As soon as YE is displayed enter 17 and confirm with «#». As soon as ON is displayed enter 01 and confirm with «# and so on. If you did everything correctly, the indicator will show «GOOD», if not correctly - «ERROR» in this Verification of opening records. In the OPEN position, press the key combination «** 200118 #», then "record" will be displayed. Then Note: each opening entry is displayed on three screens. The first screen displays the door opening mode, the number of openings and the opening method.
